A classic Sloe Gin taste, but with a slightly higher ABV that makes it cry particularly well in cocktails, Warner’s Sloe Gin bursts with the flavour of Harrington’s hedgerows.
A wonderfully thick feel – rich sloe and cherry notes emerge alongside a touch of blood orange. The finish is long with dark chocolate, juniper and some sweetness the lingers gently on the palate. Savour neat over ice, or with a zesty lemon tonic.
Hand picked in an afternoon, Sloes are steeped for a month in the distillery’s dry gin base. Once filtered a small amount of sweetener is added before it is cut to bottling strength of 30% ABV.
