Yamazaki Whisky is Suntory’s flagship whisky, its 12 Year Old Single Malt has a multi-layered, spiced and fruity taste thanks to maturing in casks of three different types of wood: American, Spanish and Japanese oak.

This whisky is made from 100% malted barley, it’s fermented with the softest water from three rivers between Mt.Tennozan and Mt. Otokoyama. The wash is distilled through copper-pot stills that are the first of their kind outside of Scotland.
