RumJava CacaoMon is Chocolate Coffee Rum infused with a blend of beans from Brazil and Colombia which are roasted in chocolate, red wine, and spice.
Spicy with notes of dark fruit and a deliciously long chocolate finish, RumJava CacaoMon is fantastic on the rocks, or neat with an orange twist.
Using molasses from sugarcane grown in the Florida Everglades, once fermented, the rum is distilled twice in a pot still with a copper column. Post distillation, they add freshly roasted coffee beans for at least 30 days.
