La Fée Absinthe Blanche

The nose has noticeable herbal Artemisia profile with deeper notes of fennel. When diluted, it louches and turns the absinthe into a milky, opalescent liquid tinged with blue.

The eleven botanicals of La Fée Blanche are individually distilled using a sugar beet spirit. These distillates are then carefully blended. “Blanche” is a classic style of absinthe, mainly common in Switzerland and has no second stage maceration.
