Isle of Rassay is a Hebredian Gin made with 10 botanicals including some juniper from the island itself. Great in a Negroni, but with such an itextural bottle it also makes for a lovely gift too.
Mellow and slightly rooty overall, there’s an underlying orange peel and malty tone that anchors the profile with rhubarb rooot and juniper at the centre. Serve it up with tonic (which really livens up the citrus) and an orange peel to garnish.
Juniper berries (incuding some foraged from the island), rhubarb root, lemon peel, orange peel, coriander seeds, angelica root, liquorice root, orris root, cubeb pepper are split between the pot and vapour chamber.
