Grand Marnier is an exceptional blend of fine cognac and exotic bitter orange liqueur. This is their signature expression, first created in 1880 by Louis-Alexandre Marnier Lapostolle and since, become an icon of France’s spirits heritage.
Brilliant amber tones liven up the glass, giving off an aroma of vanilla cognac nuances with hints of candied zest. To taste bitter orange, balanced by cognac notes of hazelnuts and toffee with a long, harmonious finish.
The liqueur is made from a blend of Cognac, distilled essence of bitter orange (the aromatic Citrus Bigaradia remains the only variety of orange used to make Grand Marnier as per tradition), and sugar.
