G’Vine Floraison Gin

G’Vine Floraison is a truly delicate gin, capturing the ephemeral and exhilarating fragrance of the vine flower. Plump and rounded, full of flavours that promise summer, this is a gin that works exceptionally well in a Martini.

The process begins in September, when G’vine harvests its grapes and converts them into wine, then neutral spirit. Botanicals including ginger, lime, liquorice, cassia, cubeb berries and vine flowers are individually distilled and blended.
