Flor de Caña (sugarcane flower in Spanish), is a Nicaraguan rum distilled from molasses and aged in oak casks for four years. Transparent, light-bodied rum offering light and clear flavours.
Flor de Cana 4yo Extra Dry Rum is tropical overall, with almonds on the nose, hints of citrus, with vanilla on the finish. Medium dry. Perfect for refreshing cocktails such as the Daiquiri.
In one of the industry’s most sustainable practices, all Flor de Caña rums are rum is distilled five times. They age their rums in ex-bourbon barrels. The 4yr Extra Dry is a single estate blend, using casks that are aged for 4 yds and then filtered.
