Black Walnut Bitters bring a robust nutty flavour to drinks. You can use it to add some depth to a Brandy Alexander or depending on which rum you use, an added dimension in a Painkiller.
Expect the obvious here – earthy, nutty taste of walnuts. We like adding it to Cognac and Whisky drinks to tease out some of the complexities of the oak.
Blended by owner Joe Fee himself (who normally operates on the marketing side). Based on glycerine with “natural black walnut flavour and other natural and artificial extracts and flavours”.
