In 2021 Holyrood Distillery returned rum maturation to Elizabeth Yard by importing small parcels of rum sourced from across the rum world. This beauty from Diamond Distillery in Guyana is pure class.

Diamond Distillery distils their rums on the last wooden stills in the world. The Port Mourant still is constructed from Greenheart wood, and the combination of the wood and the still set up creates a unique profile. Aged around 10years.
