Candied strawberry and rhubarb lead the profile, while manuka adds a eucalypt like edge. Pepper emerges on the finish. Double down for this and add more strawberries and a twist of cracked pepper to garnish.

Botanicals including manuka leaves, almonds, cardamom, coriander seed, liquorice, peppercorns and more are vapour infused in a 150L still. Once distilled, fresh strawberries and locally sourced rhubarb are infused into the mix.
