New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc meets Dry Gin in the ultimate refreshing combination. Interestingly, unlike other grape infused gins, Dancing Sands distils the wine and blends it in allowing for a crisp finish.
Lime and gooseberry leap on the nose with the crisp Sauv Blanc profile instantly recognisable. The wine mimicry continues to taste, and the gin (juniper and pepper in particular) gives it depth. Add to soda with some apple for a summery Spritz.
New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc wine is vacuum distilled to preserve the passionfruit, lime, and green apple flavours. The distillate is then blended with the distillery’s Dry Gin.
