Bombay took its time to release its take on flavoured gin, but boy was it worth the wait. Bombay Bramble, inspired by the classic Bramble cocktail, is a super vibrant gin, bursting with naturally derived blackberry and raspberry flavours.
This is a super smooth spirit, fresher than a spring morning and packed with tart berry flavours. It’s obviously destined for a Bramble, but it feels suited to a pitcher, lemonade and heaps of fresh, summer fruit.
Bombay Bramble’s freshness comes from its contemporary distillery set up, which sees all of the ingredients placed in a vapour chamber at the top of the still. Once distilled, fruits are added and left to infuse until its ripe for harvest.
