Algebra is an extra dry coffee liqueur made solely from coffee, rum and cane sugar. It’s delicious to sip and easy to mix with thanks to the careful balance of flavours and the dryness of the spirit.
Intense, freshly prepared espresso aromas waft out of the bottle. There’s subtle vanilla notes too. To taste, there’s a lighter viscosity overall, with a lively roasted coffee flavour growing around a rum base, finishing on bitter dark chocolate.
Algebra uses a process of fractional cold extraction to create the intense coffee brew, which is then blended with rum and cane sugar. At just 100 g per L, it has the minimum legal sugar content for a liqueur – it’s Extra Dry.
